Overview
Inglese AE is a New Jersey-based architecture and engineering firm — established 1988, 250+ projects shipped, nine Governor's Awards for Housing. They tagline themselves "Designing places we share." BGMTech is rebuilding their public site as a modern Astro deploy: project gallery, services taxonomy, and an editor-friendly content layer the studio can maintain without our involvement.
The Challenge
The legacy site predates modern responsive layouts and project filtering. Editorial control was locked into a CMS that no longer matched their workflow, and image-heavy galleries weren't lazy-loaded.
Our Solution
An image-forward Astro rebuild with a typed project taxonomy (completed / under construction / consulting), responsive gallery layouts, and a CMS the studio can update directly. Lighthouse-passing image pipeline with WebP + responsive srcsets.
