Aircraft Broker Program
Overview
Aircraft Broker Program (ABP) is a professional certification program for aspiring private jet charter brokers. The platform spans three properties — the public marketing site at aircraftbrokerprogram.com, a course-delivery LMS at learn.aircraftbrokerprogram.com, and an admin backoffice at admin.aircraftbrokerprogram.com — all built and operated on a single Next.js codebase.
The site combines high-touch sales copy, hands-on simulations, video walkthroughs hosted on Vimeo, Calendly-driven consultations, and a Career Launch Suite for graduates. PostHog instrumentation gives the team end-to-end funnel visibility from first visit through enrolment and course completion.
The Challenge
The aviation brokerage industry had no recognised certification path — talent acquisition relied on word-of-mouth and inconsistent on-the-job training. ABP needed a unified platform that could sell the program, deliver the coursework, and run the back-office without stitching together three different SaaS products.
Our Solution
We built a single Next.js application split across three subdomains. The marketing site emphasises certification outcomes, the LMS delivers paced video modules with embedded simulations, and the admin console handles enrolment, cohort scheduling and payout reporting. Calendly handles consultation booking; Vimeo serves the video content; PostHog tracks the funnel end-to-end.
