Four connected systems for one aviation group: the public charter site, a commercial booking API, the SpiderJet operations platform, and the JetPal assistant.
Jets & Partners is a premium private aviation company offering charter flights, jet management, and concierge services across Europe, the Middle East, and North Africa. What began as a website has become the group's entire operational stack. The public site communicates luxury and trust, with a dynamic fleet gallery, instant quote requests, and a members-only portal. Behind it, a commercial booking API lets partner agencies search availability and place bookings programmatically, with multi-tier pricing, credibility scoring, and rate limiting. SpiderJet — a multi-tenant operations platform spanning flight ops, CRM, invoicing and monitoring — runs the business itself. JetPal, an AI assistant embedded in the site, answers in English, French and Arabic, checks live availability through the API, and hands off to human agents with full conversation context. Together they replaced a network that previously ran entirely on referrals, spreadsheets and email chains.
The challenge
Jets & Partners operated entirely through offline networks and word-of-mouth: no digital presence, no online booking, bookings managed through spreadsheets and email chains that produced double-bookings and hours of manual reconciliation. Partner agencies had no way to transact without a phone call, and enquiries arriving outside business hours were simply lost.
What we did
We built the programme in layers, each one usable before the next began. First the public Next.js site, focused on visual storytelling and conversion. Then a Go/Beego booking API with OAuth partner authentication, a SvelteKit admin dashboard, and interactive documentation. Then SpiderJet, a multi-tenant operations platform with role-based access control, real-time flight tracking, automated multi-currency invoicing and operational dashboards. Finally JetPal, which sits on the site, calls the booking API for live quotes, and escalates to humans when it should.
